Agreement overview
These terms apply to your stay at the property managed by Ready Set Host. By confirming your booking and acknowledging this agreement, you agree to comply with all terms, conditions and house rules.
Booking terms
Your booking is confirmed only after payment and acceptance of this agreement. The lead guest must be at least 21 years old and responsible for all guests. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if these terms are not accepted.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in time is from 3:00pm unless otherwise agreed. Check-out time is by 10:00am on your departure day. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by request and subject to availability.
Occupancy rules
The maximum number of guests is shown on your booking confirmation. No unregistered guests are permitted at any time. Infants and children are included in the total guest count.
Noise and parties
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am. No parties, events or gatherings are allowed. Excessive noise or anti-social behaviour may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
Damage and additional charges
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss or breakage during their stay. Additional cleaning, late check-out or excessive rubbish removal may incur charges. We reserve the right to charge your card on file for amounts owed.
Safety
Follow all safety instructions and report hazards promptly. Do not tamper with smoke alarms, safety equipment or security devices. In an emergency, call 000 and notify us as soon as possible.
House rules
No smoking inside the property. No pets unless pre-approved in writing. Please keep the property clean and tidy, and return keys/remotes and lock all doors and windows when leaving.
Acceptance
By acknowledging the guest registration agreement and house rules, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with them for the duration of your stay.
